The New Mito: Transparent Pricing and At-Cost Member Testing
Mito rebuilt its marketplace around visible prices and a simpler incentive: anyone can order at the standard price, while members pay our cost and support the service through a $9 membership.
On June 23, 2026, Mito changed how its marketplace works.
The bottom line is simple: every shopper can see the price before checkout. Anyone can order at the standard non-member price without joining. Members pay Mito’s cost on tests and scans, with no profit markup added to the test line.
Instead of making money when you order more testing, Mito makes money through a straightforward $9 monthly membership. That change aligns our business with what members actually need: clearer choices, useful guidance, and a health record that gets more valuable over time.
Every price is visible before checkout
Healthcare pricing is often difficult to compare. A list price can be far removed from what a provider is actually paid, and collection fees or service charges may only appear late in the process.
The new Mito marketplace is designed to make the full choice visible earlier. Product pages show the standard price and the member price before checkout. When a lab draw fee applies, it is shown separately instead of being buried in the test price.
You can browse the marketplace without joining. Membership is optional.
What “at our cost” means
For members, Mito does not add a profit margin to the test line. The member price reflects what it costs Mito to provide the product, including supplier costs, fulfillment, payment processing, clinical review where needed, and support. A separate lab draw fee, when required, is passed through at cost.
This is not a temporary discount or a promotional rate. It is the pricing model.
Exact prices and availability can vary by product and state, so the live marketplace remains the source of truth for what you can order today.
A membership model with clearer incentives
Mito membership costs $9 per month and can be canceled at any time. The membership funds the service, while the tests themselves are offered to members at Mito’s cost.
That distinction matters. A business that earns more every time it sells another test has an incentive to sell more testing. Our membership model is meant to support a different relationship: helping you choose what is useful, understand what changed, and decide what to do next.

Membership includes more than a lower price
At-cost member pricing is one part of the membership. Members also receive longitudinal result tracking, a personalized action plan, and year-round access to Mito Concierge for questions and guidance.
The goal is not simply to make one test cheaper. It is to make preventive health easier to follow over time, from choosing a test to understanding the result and tracking what happens next.

Start with the marketplace
You do not need an account or a membership to compare the catalog. Browse the Mito marketplace, review the standard and member prices, and choose the option that works for you.
Transparent pricing should make the decision easier, not more complicated. That is the promise behind the new Mito.
