Add each person’s name, email, and state, or pay for open seats and share a claim link. We price every person for their own state and show you the full receipt before you pay.
Payment is by card. You receive a confirmation with every person’s gift code and, if you bought open seats, the claim link. Results are private to each person; as the buyer you never see anyone’s health data.

A group purchase is not a bulk lab order. Each person gets their own Mito gift, so they choose where and when to test, and their results stay theirs.
Tests at member pricing
Every seat is priced at our member rate in that person’s state, with the lab fee built in for the lab it was priced at.
Months of Mito membership
Choose 3 to 36 months for everyone. Membership does not auto-renew, so nobody is charged when it ends unless they decide to continue.
Their pace, their lab
Each person picks a lab location and appointment near them. There is no deadline to book, and the credits never expire.
Private by design
Results go to each person only. As the buyer you receive a confirmation and the gift codes, never anyone’s health data.

Every result comes with plain-language context and a clinician review, so each person knows what matters and what to do about it.
A care team in their texts
Members can message Mito Concierge with questions about their results and routines, and the care team steps in when a question needs clinical input.
How it works
Four steps from one payment to everyone’s results
Choose one panel
Pick Essentials, Core, Pro, or Ultra for the whole group. Everyone gets the same panel, priced for their own state.
Add the people
Enter each person’s name, email, state, and biological sex, or pay for open seats and share the claim link with anyone who joins later. Groups run from 2 to 50 people.
Pay once
Review the receipt, one line per person, and pay by card. You receive a confirmation with every gift code right away.
Each person redeems and books
We email each person their gift now or on the date you choose. They redeem it with a Mito account, no credit card needed, swap the panel or add tests if they like, and book a lab visit near them.
Questions before you buy for a group
Read all gifting FAQsDo I need everyone’s details up front?
No. Add the people you know now, and pay for open seats for the rest. Your confirmation includes a claim link; anyone who opens it enters their own name, email, state, and sex and receives their gift straight away. Each email address can hold one seat in a group.
Will I see anyone’s results?
No. Each person’s results are private to them. As the buyer you receive a confirmation with the gift codes and, for open seats, the claim link. Nothing about anyone’s health is shared with you.
Can people choose a different panel or add tests?
Yes. The gift is applied to their account as Mito Credits, so they can keep the panel you chose, swap it for another, or add tests and pay only the difference at checkout. Unused credit stays in their account and never expires.
Why is the price different for some people?
Lab prices vary by state, so each person is priced for their own state, and the receipt shows every line before you pay. Ultra is not available in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island; people there receive Pro at Pro’s price, and the receipt says so.
What happens with open seats in a pricier state?
Open seats are priced for the state you choose. If someone claims one in a state where the panel costs more, the difference is due at their checkout, exactly like a gift bought for the wrong state. They can also choose a different panel that fits the credit.
Does the membership renew or charge anyone?
No. The membership months are a fixed, prepaid period for each person and never charge them. They can choose to continue on their own afterwards.
Can I get a refund for a seat?
A seat can be refunded to you only while it is completely unredeemed, and the refund voids that person’s code. Contact help@mitohealth.com with your purchase email. Redeemed seats cannot be refunded or transferred.
Buying for one person?
Use the gift page instead, where you can gift a curated panel or any combination of tests, scans, and at-home kits to one recipient.
