Directions
Take 2-4 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.

DIM (Diindolylmethane) 3,3’-Diindolylmethane may offer powerful hormone balancing and detoxification abilities. DIM can assist healthy hormone metabolism, and can support the activity of natural detoxification pathways.*
DIM is a natural compound derived from indole-3- carbinol, found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and kale. DIM is well-known for its ability to balance estrogen metabolism.*
It can support our internal, master antioxidant switch, Nrf2, which regulates over 200 genes involved in detoxification. It can also assist glutathione production in the body.*
When taken in traditional oral formulations such as tablets and capsules, DIM shows poor absorption and relatively rapid clearance.
