Directions
Take eight (8) capsules daily with food. Dose may be divided between meals. When switching from a less nutrient-dense multi, start with two (2) capsules/day, building up to a full serving.

We've included all the essential vitamins, minerals, and botanicals your body needs for comprehensive nourishment. Unlike typical 1- or 2-a-day prenatals, our formula has room for the bulky nutrients that matter most—at dosages that actually make a difference.
Each serving delivers 200mcg of active B12 to support optimal levels, 400mg of Choline, 4,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 (2-4x more than most prenatals), 918mcg DFE of methylated Folate, plus minerals bound to Glycine for superior absorption and digestive comfort*.
