Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) level scoop into 4-8 ounces of water, juice or milk. Stir rapidly. Take once or twice daily. For added effectiveness, take with a high potency probiotic such as Theralac.

TruFiber features Sunfiber, Inulin and Fiberase
Sunfiber and Inulin are clinically proven to improve regularity while enhancing the growth of probiotics (see www.trufiber.net for references). Fiberase enzymes enhance the bioavailability of dietary fiber to further stimulate probiotics.
TruFiber is vegetarian, it contains no wheat, gluten, soy, corn, rye, milk, casein, peanuts, yeast or animal products.
