Directions
As a dietary supplement, take once daily. Take 2 capsules a day for additional digestive support. TruBifido can be taken with antibiotics; allow at least 2 hours separation.

- TruBifido does not contain any Lactobacillus bacteria, which can be too aggressive for some individuals- TruBifido can help maintain proper immune functions and works in the colon to help produce short-chain fatty acids.*
- Combined with a DR capsule, our patented sodium alginate process protects TruBifido through the stomach and small intestine, allowing unharmed, targeted delivery to the colon.
- LactoStim®, a patented prebiotic, is added for effective rehydration and as a food source for the probiotics.
