The whey undergoes ultra-low temperature processing, which is beneficial because the protein is not denatured from an extensive heat treatment, allowing Dream Protein's whey isolate to provide all of the essential and non-essential amino acids with 20 grams of protein per serving! It also contains a soluble fiber that has been shown to encourage growth of favorable bacteria in the gut, which helps to strengthen the immune system, assist in the digestion of food, and promote regularity.*
