Mix one scoop of nanopro vegan with 6 ounces cold water, juice or milk. Shake or blend and enjoy! We prefer to leave the blender ball out on this one. Or, just stirring it in a cup with cold water keeps things creamy and smooth. Children under 12 take ½ serving.
