Chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, chronic lung disease, and diabetes are the leading causes of death worldwide. In today’s world, simply being “not sick” isn’t enough.
We’re striving for more: health span, not just lifespan. This is where proactive health management comes in, and Mito Health is leading the charge with its comprehensive biomarker blood test and personalized insights.
Why Annual Checkups Aren’t Enough: The Need for Full Health Screening
Imagine having a detailed roadmap of your health, revealing potential issues long before they become problems. This is the power of biomarkers: indicators in your blood used to measure and show changes in the body related to diseases, biological functions, or responses to treatments. Targeted treatments guided by biomarkers contribute to better survival rates of chronic diseases like lung cancer.
While your annual checkup provides a basic overview, Mito Health delves deeper, analyzing a wider range of biomarker tests to give you a comprehensive picture.

So, how is Mito Health different from your existing health screening providers?
Affordable Comprehensive Blood Work, Priced a La Carte

Getting a full picture of your health shouldn’t cost a fortune. Mito Health keeps the two things you pay for separate, so you only pay for what you actually want.
Mito Membership is $9 per month, or $99 per year. It unlocks member pricing on every test and panel, and it includes your personalized action plan, longitudinal tracking of your results, AI health chat through Mito Concierge, and escalation to the care team when a question needs clinical input.
Tests and panels are bought a la carte from the marketplace. Every test shows the member price next to the standard non-member price, and prices vary by the lab provider you choose. You don’t need a membership to buy: anyone can purchase at the non-member price. The curated Mito panels cover over 100 key biomarkers, spanning hormones and inflammation, nutrient levels, liver and kidney function, cholesterol, blood sugar, and more.
With Mito Health, your results are clinician-reviewed, and you’ll receive a personalized health report and action plan tailored to your goals. If you want to talk your results through live, a 1:1 consult with the care team is available as an add-on: $39 for members, $99 for non-members. Mito Health also lets you upload past lab reports so you can track trends over time, all in one place.
Need deeper testing? We also offer advanced add-on panels like Heavy Metals Test, Food Allergy Profile, Sexual Health Screening, and more. You can add them anytime based on your health goals or your clinician’s recommendation.
Nationwide Access: 3,500+ Lab Locations for Health Testing

Your health journey should fit into your life. Mito works with three lab providers, Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, and BioReference, and you can order in all 50 states plus DC, with more than 3,500 partner draw locations to choose from. Whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, there’s likely a partner lab near you.
You pick your provider when you build your order, because both the available tests and the prices can differ between them. In New York and New Jersey, BioReference is the available provider. Rhode Island is a special case: BioReference is the provider there too, but Rhode Island doesn’t have a Mito lab location of its own, so if you live there you would visit a lab in a neighboring state.
You can browse nearby Mito partner labs before choosing where to complete your draw.
Once you book an appointment, you’ll receive detailed instructions for your lab visit, so you know exactly what to expect. We’ll guide you from fasting requirements to what you need to prepare, so you feel fully prepared on your blood testing day.
Booking is simple with Mito Health. As a member, you’re free to choose your appointment day at any of our partner labs near you. This means you can schedule testing when and where it works best for you.
How We Guide You Through Your Health Screening Process

Most health testing platforms stop at the results. Unlike other health screening providers, such as Function Health tests, Superpower health screening, Life Force testing, and Inside Tracker blood tests, Mito Health offers a tailored onboarding experience to guide you through getting your blood samples and other advanced tests.
When you sign up, you’ll go through a tailored onboarding process designed to help you get the most out of your health screening. We’ll walk you through what tests you’re getting, how to prepare, and where to go. Once your results are in, you’ll get personalized insights, and we’ll help you set health goals based on your data.
What’s Included in Mito Health’s Full Biomarker Screening

Mito Health covers all the essential tests you’d expect in a standard health screening, but we don’t stop there. We analyze over 100 key health biomarkers to provide a comprehensive picture of your health. This includes advanced biomarkers related to:
-
Cardiovascular Health: Cholesterol levels (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), hs-CRP, and more to assess your risk of heart disease.
-
Metabolic Function: Blood glucose, HbA1c, insulin levels, and other markers to evaluate your metabolic health and risk of diabetes.
-
Liver Health: We cover liver biomarkers to assess liver function and identify potential issues, liver enzymes, and other indicators.
-
Kidney Function: Creatinine, eGFR, and other markers to evaluate kidney health
-
Essential Vitamins and Minerals: We check levels of key vitamins, minerals, and biomarkers of aging, such as Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, iron, and more to ensure you get the necessary nutrients.
Add-On: Whole Body Imaging for Deeper Health Insight

Blood tests tell you a lot, but they can’t show you everything. Aside from blood panels, we also offer a full-body MRI as a complement to your biomarker panel. It is a radiation-free, whole-body look for tumors, aneurysms, and other structural findings in the brain, spine, and major organs that blood alone might miss.
A full-body MRI is not a heart test. To see whether calcified plaque has built up in the arteries of your heart, the coronary artery calcium scan is the scan to consider if you are 40 to 75 with at least one heart risk factor.
Whether you’re focused on your brain, organs, or joints, the insights from whole-body imaging offer another layer of clarity, especially if you’re focused on prevention, athletic performance, or aging well. Your imaging results are reviewed with your biomarker data to create a more complete, connected understanding of your health.
Get Clear, Actionable Insights From Your Results

Getting lab results is one thing. Knowing what to do with them is another. Mito Health goes beyond the numbers by combining our advanced AI-driven insights and expert medical analysis to translate your data into clear, actionable insights. You won’t be handed a list of hard-to-interpret lab values. Instead, you’ll receive a personalized health report that outlines what your numbers mean, where you stand, and what steps to take next.
Your Mito Health dashboard organizes your lab results into a visual, easy-to-read report where you’ll see where your hormones, inflammation, metabolic, and nutrient biomarkers fall. Each result comes with an explanation of its role in your health, why it matters, and how it may be affecting your energy, mood, focus, or long-term risk factors.
Mito Health’s Longevity-First Philosophy: Optimize Beyond Symptoms
Mito Health isn’t just about identifying current health issues as they appear. We’re focused on optimizing your long-term health from the inside out, long before symptoms show up.
After your results are in, a clinician on our care team reviews your full health picture and helps translate your data into a plan of action. That review is included, and it happens before your analysis and action plan are finalized. This goes beyond basic lifestyle advice: you’ll get evidence-based, targeted recommendations for nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, stress management, and supplement strategies. All of those are personalized to your biology, life stage, and goals.
If you’d rather talk it through live, a 1:1 Longevity Advisor Consult is available as an add-on, $39 for members and $99 for non-members, and covers nutrition, exercise, sleep, and supplements.
Support From Real Humans, Whenever You Need It
Do you have questions? Need help navigating your plan? You won’t be left on read. At Mito Health, our dedicated concierge team is ready to help you every step of the way. Whether you’re trying to book a test, understand your results, or follow up on your action plan, you’ll always be able to reach a real person who knows your journey.
A seamless and supportive experience is available via SMS, so you don’t have to log into a portal or wait on hold. You can ask a quick question about your upcoming lab visit, get clarification on a biomarker, or talk through how to implement your next steps.
