Discontinuing blood draw services in Singapore
In Singapore, we will discontinue in-person blood draws and scans. Our primary focus remains on building a service that captures the most detailed profile of your health, uses AI-assisted medical analysis to connect the dots, and helps you detect issues early and receive precise, actionable insights.

Dear friends and clients of Mito Health in Singapore,
At Mito Health our mission has always been to build a hyper-personalized healthcare platform to help you live better, for longer. Our recent seed funding from world-class investors will help accelerate our progress towards that goal.

As we focus our work on this, we have made the decision to discontinue blood draw services in Singapore.
We know this may inconvenience those of you who have come to appreciate our phlebotomists, and we are committed to making your transition as smooth as possible.
Discontinuing blood draws and scans in Singapore
For all our Singapore-based clients, the last date you can schedule in-person blood draws and scans will be 30 April 2025.
Beyond then, we are happy to share recommendations on where you can complete any future blood work in Singapore. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Why we are making this change
Our primary focus is building a service that captures the most detailed profile of your health, uses AI-assisted medical analysis to connect the dots, and helps you to detect issues early and receive precise, actionable insights.
Operating a clinic in Singapore has increasingly drawn our attention away from this larger goal.
Continuing to serve you digitally
Although we’re retiring our in-person services in Singapore, your access to the Mito Health digital platform remains unchanged: Your existing dashboard, analysis, and action plan will still be available. You can download your past lab results anytime from your Documents tab.

You can continue to upload lab results onto your Mito Health dashboard, which we’ll ingest and chart alongside with your other health data. In the future, you’ll have the option to refresh your medical analysis based on this updated information.
We are here to help
We know that this may bring questions, and we've compiled a list of answers here.
If you have questions or need assistance, do reach out over WhatsApp or at help@mitohealth.com.
We appreciate your continued trust and support, and look forward to sharing more updates as we evolve our digital-first platform—bringing us all closer to an AI doctor in your pocket.
Live long and prosper!
