Operating a clinic in Singapore has drawn attention away from our core mission, leading us to make the strategic decision to discontinue blood draws and scans in Singapore.

No, we will no longer conduct blood draws or scans in Singapore at any location

When is the last date you will offer blood draws and scans in Singapore?
30 April 2025

Will Mito Health still be able to order blood tests for me?
As we discontinue blood draws, Mito Health will no longer act as a licensed clinic in Singapore. Thus, we will no longer be able to order blood tests.

I am a customer based in the United States. How does this affect me?
This has no impact on customers based in the United States. In the US, Mito Health offers blood draws through partner labs such as Labcorp and Bioreference Labs.

Will you offer blood draws and scans in Singapore again in future?
We have no plans to do so at this time.

Can I still schedule a new appointment before the closure?
Yes, appointments are still available until 30 April 2025, subject to availability. We encourage customers to book early if they want to receive the service before operations end.

What should I do if I need follow-up tests?
If you require follow-up tests, we are happy to share recommendations on where you can complete any future blood work in Singapore. Reach out to us over WhatsApp for more details. We can also provide a doctor referral memo that you can bring to other clinics in Singapore.

If you have recent or pending appointments
What happens to my upcoming appointment? Will it be canceled?
All scheduled appointments will proceed as planned.

Will my test results still be processed if I have already been screened?
Yes, all tests conducted before the closure will be processed as usual, and you will receive your reports within the standard turnaround time.

Will I still receive my reports if I recently completed a screening?
Yes, if your test was conducted before the closure, you will still receive your reports as per the usual timeline. If you experience any delays, please contact our customer support.

Will I get a refund if I paid for a service but have not used it?
Yes, if you have paid for a service and have not used it, you are eligible for a refund. You can submit a refund request by contacting us on WhatsApp or at help@mitohealth.com. Our team will guide you through the process and verify your payment details. Refunds typically take 7-10 days to be processed and will be credited to the original payment method used.

How can I download a copy of my health records?
You can download your past lab results through the Mito Health dashboard. If you’d like a doctor referral memo, you can request that over WhatsApp.

Can I transfer my test results to another clinic?
You can download your past lab results in PDF format through the Mito Health dashboard. If you’d like a doctor referral memo, you can request that over WhatsApp. You can bring this to other clinics in Singapore.

Can I request for my medical records to be deleted?
There is no change to our data deletion policy. You can request for your medical data to be deleted by writing into help@mitohealth.com This will mean that you can no longer access your Mito Health dashboard.

Will be personal health data be transferred to another party?
Absolutely not. We take your data security very seriously.

Access to your Mito Health dashboard
How can I access my past test results?
You can access your test results on the Mito Health dashboard. Your existing dashboard, analysis, and action plan will remain available through your Mito Health dashboard

Will there be any changes to my Mito Health dashboard?
Other than no longer being able to purchase blood draws and scans, there will be no changes. You can continue your access your dashboard, view your analysis and action plan, use Mito MD, and upload any lab reports.

Can I upload new lab reports into Mito Health?
Yes, you can upload new lab results onto your Mito Health dashboard, where it will be ingested and charted together with your other health data. In the future, you’ll have the option to refresh your medical analysis based on this updated information.
