Mito Health is a US health marketplace and guidance platform. Anyone can order from 1,000+ lab tests, scans, fitness tests and at-home kits, no membership required. Every result is reviewed by a clinician. The $9/month membership adds member pricing, tracking, a personalized action plan and AI health chat through Mito Concierge.

## How pricing works

- Every test has a published non-member price and a member price. Members pay our cost to provide the test, plus the lab's ordering fees.
- Mito does not profit from your tests. It makes its money on the $9/month membership.
- Scans and at-home kits have no lab draw fee.

## How it works

1. **Choose what to test.** Get a recommendation, or browse 1,000+ markers in the catalog.
2. **Book the best price.** Mito compares options across labs so you can book a nearby lab in minutes, or request an at-home blood draw.
3. **Get clinician-reviewed results.** Every result is reviewed by a clinician. Members also get a personalized action plan across sleep, supplements, exercise and more, ongoing Concierge support, and 1:1 consults at the member rate. Non-members can book a consult separately.

## Membership

## Testing locations

The [location directory](https://mitohealth.com/locations) lists partner labs and scan and fitness centers by state, city and ZIP. In New York and New Jersey, BioReference is the lab provider. Lab testing is not currently available in Rhode Island or Hawaii, but at-home kits, scans and fitness tests are.

## Frequently asked questions

**What happens after I answer the questionnaire?**
You get an instant recommendation: which tests answer your question, which you can skip, and what each costs. It is free, needs no account, and Mito Concierge can refine it.

**Do I have to be a member to buy?**
No. Anyone can order at the non-member price.

**Is there a lab draw fee?**
Yes, for blood tests. It varies by provider, is shown at checkout, is charged per visit rather than per test, and is passed through at cost.

**Will you really tell me I need less?**
Yes, when your answers say so. If a single-marker retest answers your question, that is the recommendation.

**Why are the prices lower than what I usually pay?**
Retail lab list prices are inflated by insurance billing. Mito bypasses that. The non-member price is among the lowest in the category, and members pay our cost.

**Do I need a doctor's order?**
No. Every order is reviewed and signed by a Mito-network physician. No PCP or referral needed.

**What does the $9/month membership buy?**
A health team that holds your whole picture: an action plan, tracking, AI health chat, in-product retests, and the judgment to tell you when to stop. Members also pay our cost.

**I already have labs from my doctor. Do I need a new panel?**
Tell the questionnaire what you've had recently and it skips what's covered. Members can upload past labs.

**Can I use my HSA/FSA?**
Yes. Checkout takes HSA/FSA cards and gives an itemized receipt.

**How fast do I get results?**
Standard panels return in 1 to 2 business days. Specialty assays and kits take longer; each test shows its turnaround.
